Buenos Aires, February 5 (NA) – A lung was escorted and transported for a transplant at the Favaloro Foundation, following the arrival of a sanitary flight at Jorge Newbery Airport. Official sources informed the Argentine News Agency that the procedure was carried out after a 911 call from INCUCAI, which notified of the arrival of a plane that departed from the province of Tucumán with the organ destined for the care center. In this context, officers from the City Police's Motorized Division secured the transfer, while officers were deployed along the route. Additionally, traffic cuts were made to ensure the lung arrived in perfect condition and swiftly at the sanatorium.
